TGN (The Gaming Network): Collective of gamers!
Code of Conduct: The Code of Conduct is the rules and terms of TGN, these rules ensure everyone has a great time while in TGN.
Ranking Structure: The Ranking Structure is exactly what it sounds like, the structure of TGN. The Ranking Structure qualifies the community, later to be filled by you the member.
Council: The Council is a board of all community leaders or chairmen. This board makes all major decisions within the community.
Consul: A Consul is a Division leader that has been elected by the people as a representative to the council, elections for consul occur every 3 months, there may only be 2 at any one time.
MOT: The Management Operated Tribunal or MOT is a panel of Assistant Division Leaders and Generals that come together at least once a week to decide how the following week will play out, and/or to evaluate an accepted removal or demotion appeal. Situationally, they will convene to discipline Ranked members that have broken the Code of Conduct. While awaiting tribunal, subjects are placed on a temporary rank suspension.
Administration: The Administration ensures the community is running smoothly.
Management: The Management controls the entire squad by either directly speaking or conveying orders to the appropriate Officer with a fitting job description and training. They are solely responsible for their squad’s activity.
Officers: Officers make sure all members are being taken care of, ensuring they have sufficient access to community gaming, training, and exercising the Code of Conduct. They are also responsible for encouraging lower ranks to join community events or game nights.
Ranked Members: Ranked Members are also here to have fun, but they’ve taken an oath to uphold the Code of Conduct, not only that, but they also want to bring more gamers into the collective! Whether they have aspirations of dominating a server, starting a team, or just daily or weekly casual play, they want to do it together and they want more to join! Consider the ranking structure to be a game where you can earn points by helping gamers connect or if that’s too easy, try gaining enough members to start your own squad or division!
Members: The Members are here to have fun, and if they decide to, they may attempt to join the ranks, or just enjoy the community and float around!
Rank Uniform: Your Rank Uniform is what identifies you as your rank, ex. Discord Roles, Username, Motto, Bio, etc. Rank uniform does NOT comprise of paid name changes, subscriptions, or anything of the like.
Division: A collective of squads that share commonalities.
Squad: A collective of qualified community members with one goal in mind.

Removal: If all other punishment options have been exhausted and have been proven ineffective, the member in question may be removed from the Discord community with approval from the MOT and Council. To return, they must appeal their removal to a MOT, if that fails they may then appeal to the council. Removals have a time limit of 3 months.
